Where this actually lives

All of it is stored in this browser, on this device, and nothing on this page was sent anywhere. There is no account behind it and no server holding a second copy, so it is not backed up either. Clearing your browser data removes it, and so do the buttons at the bottom.

A different browser, or a different device, shows a different file. That is not a bug. It is what "stored locally" honestly means, and most things that tell you they keep your data on your device do not mean it this literally.
